Other added features to findahome(Australia) includes the introduction of a PROMOTE function. This option provides users an avenue to engage the audience further and promote their listing via stronger promotional and standout strategies for properties uploaded. The PROMOTE function provides 3 separate categories to enhance any property listing:

1. Top Ad – top of it’s category - It will appear in a rotation above general search results.
2. Highlighted Ad – Make your Ad pop with a colourful background. It will help your listing stand out from the crowd and attract more visits
3. Urgent – In a hurry ? Add an Urgent tag to your ad and show people you’re eager to sell. It’s a great way to attract serious offers quickly.

All paid Ad’s will be live for the duration indicated on each Ad type within the Ap.

Users will also have the option of mixing their marketing strategy to ensure their property listings stand out even further by combining variations of Ads. For example, a Highlighted Ad will stand out with a colourful background, though by adding an urgent Ad tag this will also indicate to people that the user is eager to sell.

Paypal and credit card payment methods have also been integrated into the app for a user wishing to promote their listings. Should a user wish to cancel a promotion, findahome(Australia) has also ensured that a user can cancel/delete this request. Any cancellation of an Ad is non-refundable.
